Motorsport Seats Warranty and Returns Policy
How to Return:
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITH OUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. This can be obtained by calling us @ (952) 944-2381.
Any cancelled unshipped credit card order will refunded by check, less 5%.
All custom orders are not refundable or returnable. This includes all orders for custom seats.
The harnesses are not returnable.
The custom seat brackets are not returnable.
The Cobra seats have a 30% restocking charge, less the inbound and outbound freight to our faculity in Bloomington, MN. for inspection and then on to the distributor in California.They must arrive in "Brand New" resalable condition. No refunds or exchanges after 10 days of the shipment.
The Corbeau and Sparco seats have a 25% restocking charge, less the inbound and outbound freight. No refunds or exchanges after 14 days of the shipment.
The Recaro seats have a 30% restocking charge, less the inbound and outbound freight. No refunds or exchanges after 14 days of the shipment.
The Car Capsules have an 19% restocking charge, less the inbound and outbound freight. No refunds or exchanges after 14 days of the shipment.
The Wheelskins are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
We reserve the rioght to offer store credit at our discretion on returns.
There are no returns on electrical parts, special orders or clearance items
There are no returns on used or damaged parts unless they are found defective by us.
Orders can only be canceled prior to the ordered items shipping from our warehouse. Once orders/items have left our warehouse the product cannot be cancelled and will have to be received by the customer at the customer's billing address registered with his or her credit card company. Once received the item must then be returned to us following the procedures outlined above. Orders/Items canceled prior to the shipping of the order will receive a refund less the non-refundable credit card processing fees charged to us a merchant at discount rate of 5%. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to show on your credit card balance from the date in which the order was canceleds
Four Important Things To Remember:
1. Call the Returns Department at (952) 944-2381 to obtain a Return Authorization number. Complete a Return Label and put it on the outside of the shipping box with the authorization number. No credit will be given without prior authorization. All returns are subject to approval by the management of Auto Toy Store/Motorsport Seats.
2. Return the product in the original box with a copy of the invoice. All new merchandise must be in its original salable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material that the manufacturer sent with the merchandise.
3. Ship using UPS, RPS, US Mail, or a similar service. All returns must be sent prepaid. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the original purchaser. No collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the part for full value to protect yourself against loss.
4. After you have received your "return Authorization" please send all returns to whatever address you are given when you call for a return authorization. Note: A company refund check will be processed upon receipt and inspection of merchandise. Returned item(s) must meet manufacturers warranty criteria as stated above.
